Preliminary Examination
After determining your current vision exactly, we then measure the thickness of your cornea, the form of its surface and the diameter of your pupil. This provides us with the basic information that is needed, in order to judge whether or not your eyes are suitable for a laser procedure. If this data is favourable for a laser procedure, we subsequently carry out further exams (Inner Eye Pressure, Field of Vision, Visual Performance (subjective and objective). These are performed with the most modern procedures that deliver highly qualitative results. This is the time, when you should ask any questions you may still have. Our goal is to determine your personal expectations in addition to the required medical suitability. Thereafter, you will find yourself in the position, having all necessary facts, to make your decision.
